In just a matter of days, it seems that the majority of us have had our usual routine completely turned upside down.

Let's face it, self-isolating is far from an ideal situation to be in. Plus, working out from home won't limit you to just the physical benefits. In actuality, you'll also score some pretty big mental perks too, such as reduced anxiety or depression, improvements in cognition, and increased self-esteem.

We're certain that many of us look back on the days of group video chats to pass the time during your weekday evenings. Well, who's to say you can't have a few nights like that again?
